Since 1956, United Rehabilitation Services (URS) has provided stimulating and engaging programs for youth, adults and seniors with developmental or acquired disabilities, ages 18 to 85+ years old, and their families. Our programs are CARF accredited and focus on increasing skills, functional abilities and maximizing independence through Adult Day Services, Vocational Training, and Senior Daycare.
Our Adult and Senior Day Programs focus on socially-engaging activities in our center and in the community with the goal of increasing independence and self-advocacy skills, while addressing their physical, social and psychological needs. Our 1st and 2nd Shift Vocational Training Program is for individuals on the path to employment who have a desire to work and learn job skills. URS offers hot meals and snacks under the guidance of a licensed dietician and has on-site Nursing, Employment Services, Recovery Counseling and Case Management Services and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies.
