Since 1970, The Alpha Group a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency with a mission to help individuals with ABILITIES succeed.
Alpha is actively expanding the organization’s footprint to achieve our commitment to the belief that people with disabilities have the same rights and responsibilities as all people; notably, the right to participate in their community.
Our headquarters is located at 1000 Alpha Drive, Delaware, Ohio, 43015 with two additional satellite locations in Lewis Center and Westerville with plans for continued expansion over the next couple of years.

This is a great group of caring, motivated, responsible, driven and fun folks who I can always count on to do what is in my daughter's best interest. They have become like family.

We couldn’t ask for a better team to provide residential services for our daughter. All of her staff are very caring and in tune with her needs and wants so she can have her independent life. They’ve helped her grow in so many ways. The great staff is a reflection of a wonderful Director seeking out the best. Thank you and keep up the good work!

This group has been fantastic! They are very quick to respond to our daughters needs and are very flexible to her requests. They treat each person on an individual level and they work for the client's best interest not their own. Words like friendly, considerate, responsive, attention to detail, working to expand the client's ability certainly come to mind. Great job, keep it up!
