Visited a HOME ,and i stress home because they make it very much a home for the Individuals who live there. Home cooking, meals together at a large kitchen table, and every aspect of home. The staff make sure to care for each individuals' needs, styles, character, and tastes with respect, kindness, professionality, and training. Every need is addressed. The only thing i think could make it better is if the individual's family would be more present in their lives. We see their eyes light up and they smile all week. There is also a need for extra staff to be paid to come in and take individuals out on activities once a week with each individual 1 or 2 hours an evening. Some dont have family who visit or call but twice a year. Family makes a HUGE positive difference in many cases . So i was very impressed by the xheerfulness of the staff and their helpfulness. Good going!!!

Every interaction I have had with the staff has revealed people who really want to provide the help that is needed. Management is responsive to requests and needs and goes above and beyond. Turnover in caregivers appears to be lower than many similar agencies.
