This agency had very poor management oversight. Often the owner was so busy doing direct services that she was not available to handle business related issues. The direct support staff were not consistent with accomplishing core HPC responsibilities and often worked excessive hours. The communication, at all levels within the agency, was poor to non-existent most times. Although the people that work there (at all levels) truly care about the people they support, there lack of training, oversight, and field knowledge prohibits them from providing acceptable services.
