Very disappointed with Metro. They have driven my son across town after work and not notified me. They "changed his pick up time" and when I did not send him out early they left. I called and was told they would not come back and would not be taking him to work because he was not ready early. Again, they did not inform us they needed to pick him up early. They appear to take on more clients than they can handle or have staff to accommodate. I have a GPS on my son's phone and found he was in Gahanna at a gas station after being picked up from work (we live in NW Columbus). Again, they never inform us of any changes in schedule. They pick up multiple clients in one trip without letting anyone know and it has taken two hours to get home on several occasions. I was more than willing to work through repeated issues but it continued to happen. Initially, Brandy in the office seemed to want to work through problems and agreed my concerns were warranted but decided our "demands" were not worth the hassle. They just want to take on too many clients that they are not staffed for and do not communicate with families. I would not recommend Metro for transportation.

The service my son and I experienced while we were with Metro was awful and I would not even recommend my worst enemy to this company. After numerous problems and complaints, they didn't want to take responsibility for them. They said that I was being to picky because I wanted my son to be picked up in a timely manner. Before we left the company, I tried to call the manager so I could talk with her in a respectful calm manner so I could share my concerns personally with her, she wouldn't even answer my emails or phone calls.
