This is a large agency, so I was skeptical at first. But they took time to select the, "right" caregiver for my child.
I found out later that it was good to be with an agency instead of a single person because they covered call-offs quickly.
I also found out that they have staff that speak Russian, Spanish and Nepali. (I don't need that, but it was surprising to me.)
