Careology transportation bills insurance AND wants cash! My aide is great but the office people are not. They yell, don't listen, and promise the world without delivering a sliver of land. Tired of late aides and no calls. Think it is run by one guy. Never seen a nurse the entire time I have had Careology. Not sure they even have one. Last agency sent nurse my first and last day and lots of time in between. Don't like calling office. He yells and threatens to stop my aide. No respect for clients.
